Is divorce after ghusl from menstruation and near the end of the yellowish and brownish discharge, and before the end of the purity period, a Bidi (innovative) or Sunnah divorce?

A divorce that conforms to the Sunnah is when a man divorces his wife with a single pronouncement during a period of purity in which he has not had intercourse with her, and then leaves her until her iddah (waiting period) expires. As for an innovated divorce ( Bidi divorce), it is divorcing a wife while she is menstruating, or during a period of purity in which he has had intercourse with her. This type of divorce is considered valid according to the majority of scholars, including the four Madhhabs, contrary to the view of Ibn Taymiyyah. Yellowish and brownish discharges (Sufrah and Kudrah) are treated like menstruation if they occur during its time or are connected to it. One must verify their complete cessation before performing Ghusl (ritual bath). If the Ghusl was performed before complete purity was attained, it is invalid and must be repeated.
