Is this a Hadith or not: "Whoever thanks people has thanked God"?

The authentic Hadith states: "He who does not thank the people does not thank Allah." Al-Khattabi explained this by saying that whoever denies the favor of people denies the favor of Allah, and that Allah does not accept the gratitude of one who does not show gratitude for the kindness of people. The Hadith encourages thanking people by praising them and supplicating for them by saying: "May Allah reward you with good," and by recompensing or supplicating for whoever has done good to you.
