Is it permissible for me to administer an oath to a female whose father has passed away, in a matter pertaining exclusively to inheritance?

There is no objection to administering an oath to a woman for any matter that requires confirmation from her, whether it be concerning inheritance or other issues. However, it is not permissible for a non-mahram man to touch her hand when requesting the oath from her.
