Is it Islamically permissible to exclude the husband from inheritance matters, and is the mother’s claim to her right in the inheritance, by virtue of having given her salary to the father, Islamically sound, and what is the consequence of the mother swearing an oath on the Quran twice and not fulfilling the oath, and who is responsible for the loss of the questioner's right before Allah, and what is the way to claim it, and will she be considered sinful if she says that she will not forgive them for her right?

Allah Almighty took charge of the division of inheritances Himself, and preventing an heir from their rightful share in the inheritance is a grave sin. It is permissible to involve the husband to help resolve the dispute. If the mother's money was taken without her consent, she has the right to take its equivalent from the inheritance. The mother must fulfill her oath and keep her promise. The wronged person has the right to supplicate against the one who wronged them, but forgiveness is better. It is advised to involve people of knowledge as mediators or to refer the matter to the Sharia (definition) court. Working in usurious banks is forbidden, and ill-gotten gains must be disposed of in charitable ways.
