What is the ruling on one who steps on a grave with his feet?

It is disliked to walk on a grave and step on it, unless there is a need for it; for example, if one cannot reach their deceased except by stepping on another grave, or if the grave is not raised (not mounded). The Malikis held that the dislike is specific to the raised grave.
