Is income earned from a job that involves recording loan interest (riba) considered unlawful (haram), and does this affect the acceptance of prayers (du'a), and will Allah Almighty hold the employee accountable for work that He disapproves of, yet the employee had no hand in avoiding it?

If she can adhere to the lawful hijab (definition) and avoid recording usurious interest, there is no impediment to her current work; otherwise, it is not permissible. Her entire salary is not considered unlawful, but her work in recording interest is an assistance to usury. Therefore, she should dispose of a portion of her salary equivalent to her work in recording interest, while refraining from recording it in the future.
