Is one who benefited from medicines and medical supplies taken from the hospital by an employee there sinful, and how does one repent and atone for that?

The hospital employee must return to the hospital whatever medications or items they took without permission, whether they are of the same kind or of value. It is not permissible for their brother to accept something they know to be stolen or usurped. If the brother has consumed any of that, he must guarantee its value or its like, and whatever he is unable to return, he should give in charity for good causes.
