Is it permissible to drop Zamzam water into the eye for the treatment of allergies and pain?

Zamzam water is for what it is drunk for, and it is the best water on the face of the earth. It is a satisfying food and a cure for illness. If it is drunk with the intention of healing, coupled with certainty in Allah, Allah will bring benefit through it. If the Quran is recited over it, it is more likely to be beneficial due to the convergence of two cures: the Quran and the water. As for dripping it into the eye for treatment, it remains permissible according to the original principle, unless harm is proven.
