Is a son ascribed to his father Islamically if he is born seven months after the marriage, knowing that the pregnancy occurred between the couple during the engagement period, and the mother had no prior relationship with anyone other than her husband, and she is remorseful and repentant to Allah?

Marriage between two who have committed zina (fornication/adultery) is permissible according to some scholars, provided they repent and the woman undergoes istibra' (ensuring the womb is clear). The child resulting from zina is attributed to the husband if born six months after the marriage, and can only be disowned through li'an (oath of condemnation). Some scholars have permitted the marriage of a fornicator to a woman pregnant from zina and attributed the child to him if the woman was not already in a marital bed with another. Repentance wipes away sins.
