Does the child born of zina deserve his full legitimate rights from his father after the latter married his mother during the first months of pregnancy?

There is no legal relationship between a child born of adultery and his biological father. Therefore, no rights or lineage are established between them, and neither inherits from the other. The father is not permitted to acknowledge paternity if the child was born less than six months after his legal marriage to the child's mother. A repentant man must not marry the woman who became pregnant by him through fornication until she has given birth.
