Some scholars have gone as far as to deem such a person an apostate (kafir) for mocking Allah.
One must repent, seek forgiveness, feel remorse, and resolve not to repeat it. A single (ritual bath) is sufficient to remove janabah, even if its cause is repeated.
If prayer is missed due to sleep, there is no sin if there was no negligence in setting alarms.
