What is the ruling regarding land rented for building a mosque if the mosque built upon it collapses?

It is permissible to lease land for building upon it, provided that the lease duration is known; otherwise, the contract is invalid. When the term expires, the owner has the right to reclaim their land. As for the building, there are details concerning it. If the mosque built on the leased land collapses, the land reverts to its owner after the expiration of the lease term.
