Is it permissible to name a child Isaac or Noah?

The names Yahya (John) and Isa (Jesus) are among the best names of prophets for a Muslim to adopt, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "Name yourselves with the names of the prophets. The most beloved names to Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, are Abdullah and Abdul Rahman. The most truthful are Harith and Hammam, and the ugliest are Harb and Murrah." And in Sahih Muslim: "Indeed, the most beloved of your names to Allah are Abdullah and Abdul Rahman."
