Is it permissible for a suckling infant to marry the daughter of his wet nurse's paternal uncle?

There is no objection to a man marrying the daughter of his wet-nurse's paternal uncle. The mere fact that she is the daughter of a paternal uncle does not make her unlawful for him. The Sharia has clarified what is unlawful, and whatever is beyond that is permissible, as Allah Almighty says: "And lawful for you are [all others] beyond these."
