Should the prayer be repeated if it was discovered after its completion that the neck was uncovered due to a tear in the head covering?

If a woman's neck or a part of it becomes uncovered unintentionally during prayer, her prayer is not invalidated, because the neck is not considered a severe part of the 'awrah. Ibn 'Uthaymeen mentioned that the slight, unintentional uncovering of the 'awrah does not invalidate the prayer, and likewise if the uncovering was extensive but for a short duration and unintentional. The Malikis are of the view that the uncovering of a woman's extremities during prayer does not invalidate it, and they recommend her to repeat the prayer within its prescribed time.
