The questioner should supplicate for her husband's guidance, while also advising him by clarifying the impermissibility of his actions and their impact on the children. She should remind him of his responsibility to protect his family from the Fire, based on the Almighty's saying: {O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, PROTECT YOURSELVES AND YOUR FAMILIES FROM A FIRE} [At-Tahrim: 6], and the hadith: "Each of you is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects." If he responds, then all praise is due to Allah. If he persists, she is absolved of sin, but it is recommended to continue advising him by diversifying methods, while observing proper conduct and obedience, unless he commands a sin, in which case there is no obedience to him.
