Does the word "Ummah" in the Qur'an carry multiple meanings?

Ash-Shanqeeti mentioned four uses of the word "Ummah" in the Quran:

1. A period of time: As in the Almighty's saying: ﴿And if We delay the torment from them for a stated term (Ummah)﴾.

2. A group of people: This is the predominant usage, as in His saying: ﴿And he found thereon a group (Ummah) of people watering (their flocks)﴾.

3. A role model (an imam): As in His saying: ﴿Indeed, Abraham was an Ummah (a nation/a leader)﴾.

4. A law or a way/method: As in His saying: ﴿Indeed, we found our fathers upon an Ummah (a religion/a way)﴾.
