Does the questioner's constant desire for and attainment of fruits or other things signify that she will marry the one she desires, especially with her prayers and her mother's prayers? Or could it be a sign of a former suitor returning?

The perpetual presence of what you desire cannot be considered a legitimate indication of the husband you aspire to or the arrival of the suitor mentioned. Both are matters of the unseen, known only to Allah. Allah, the Almighty, says: "Say, 'None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah, and they perceive not when they will be resurrected.'" Therefore, continue to supplicate for yourself for a righteous husband and all good, and do not cling to knowing impossible matters of the unseen.
