Is it permissible to obtain residency and work with it officially in Saudi Arabia? And what must be agreed upon with the employer regarding it?

Obtaining residency is necessary in countries that mandate it, and working there is permissible as long as the work itself is permissible. However, selling and buying residency is not allowed except out of necessity. It is obligatory to agree with the employer that they will not take payment for granting residency, and that the contract will be for the work that is to be performed.
