What is the ruling on naming a newborn "Noor Allah" (Light of God) or "Noor Al-Ilah" (Light of the Deity)?

It is strongly disliked to be named with a name that is appended to one of God's names, unless the first name (the appended part) implies servitude (like 'Abdullah'), because it involves self-praise, falsehood, and gives the impression of sharing with God in the appended meaning. This is as narrated in the Hadith about changing the name "Barrah" to "Zainab" because it implied self-praise. Naming oneself "Sitt al-Nas" (Mistress of the People) or "Sitt al-Arab" (Mistress of the Arabs) is strongly disliked. And whoever names himself "Bi Noor Allah" (By the Light of God) has thereby praised himself, and his name indicates falsehood and implies something forbidden.
