Is the condition that a divorced woman must marry another man in order to return to her first husband waived if she converts to Islam?

If you have divorced her irrevocably (three times), she is not lawful for you until she marries another man willingly, and then he separates from her. Her conversion to Islam does not nullify the three divorces, nor does it remove the prerequisite of her marrying another man and then being separated from him, for her to become lawful for you again.
