Is it permissible to sell appliances in installments through the bank, by taking the purchase price and profits from the bank, which in turn takes its interest from the buyer, in order to improve the financial situation of one's family in their home country?

If the bank pays the price of a commodity on behalf of the buyer, then collects it from him in installments with interest, this is prohibited usury (riba), and it is not permissible to assist the buyer in this transaction; due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if the bank first buys the commodity and takes possession of it, then sells it to the second buyer, the transaction is permissible, and there is no objection to assisting in it.
