If you utter oaths during manic episodes without intention or choice, then you are not held accountable, and nothing is entailed by them. This is because whoever is overcome in their mind by an illness is not bound by anything. Just as the divorce of someone with obsessive thoughts does not occur if it was not intentional, an oath is even more deserving of excuse than a divorce.
