Sexual frigidity in a wife is her lack of responsiveness and inability to feel pleasure during intercourse. To address this issue, one must investigate its causes, which may be organic (such as illnesses or hormonal disorders) or psychological (such as mistreatment from the husband). The reason may also be due to not choosing the appropriate time for intercourse, or the husband's negligence in his hygiene and appearance, or his failure to arouse his wife with words and touch, or frequent intercourse. Spouses should be frank with each other and seek solutions together. It is not permissible to watch sexual films or stories due to the danger they pose to one's religion. Permissible foods such as fenugreek and royal jelly can be used, and a specialized doctor can be consulted when medications or organic treatments are needed.
