Does semen come out immediately after a wet dream or after a period of time, and does it come out onto clothes or remain in the vagina?

A wet dream does not necessitate unless semen is discharged. If you had a wet dream but did not see any semen, ghusl is not required of you. If you are uncertain about the discharge of semen, the default is that it has not been discharged. Do not perform ghusl unless you are absolutely certain that it has been discharged. One must beware of obsessive doubts (waswasah) in acts of worship, as they lead to great evil.
