Is it obligatory for the husband to divorce his wife who was found to have indecent pictures, which were then found in his brother's room, considering there were previous accusations of theft and her fleeing from home?

A wife who is negligent in her duties to Allah or is unchaste should be divorced, unless she repents with a sincere repentance. The husband must fulfill his responsibilities to protect his wife from temptations and suspicious situations, and avoid private seclusion (khalwa), intermingling (ikhtilat), and unlawful gazing. Islamic law has warned against leniency in a woman's interaction with the husband's non-mahram relatives, as seclusion with them is more dangerous than seclusion with others.
