The answer

"Satiation" is the opposite of hunger, and it is permissible in Islamic law. The Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions practiced it. As for excessive satiation beyond what is customary, it is disliked in Islamic law and naturally reprehensible. If it leads to harm, it becomes forbidden, based on their saying: "And with fear of harm and indigestion, it becomes forbidden."
