ما حكم الاغتسال بماء الوضوء بعد صلاة الفجر وقبل طلوع الشمس بقصد الشفاء من الأمراض الروحية؟ وهل ماء الوضوء يعتبر نجسًا؟ وهل الشيخ زياد عزام على مذهب السنة والجماعة أم أنه صوفي؟

The water used for ablution (wudu') is ritually pure (tahir) but not purifying (ghair mutahhir) according to thew majority of scholars. There are many proofs that establish its purity, among them is the hadith of Jabir ibn Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, came to visit me when I was sick and unconscious. He performed ablution and poured the water of his ablution over me." And the hadith of Al-Miswar ibn Makhramah and Marwan ibn al-Hakam regarding the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah: "And when the Prophet performed ablution, they almost fought over his ablution water." There is no evidence for the permissibility of bathing with ablution water for the purpose of treatment as mentioned, nor was this transmitted from the pious predecessors (Salaf). It is advisable to abandon this method and follow the legislated methods such as ruqyah (exorcism/incantation), supplication (du'a), and seeking refuge in Allah.
