Should the prayer be repeated if the worshiper intended in his heart to pray Dhuhr, forgetting, while performing ablution and praying with the intention of Asr prayer?

If a worshiper, when performing the takbir for the 'Asr prayer, intended to pray Dhuhr, and then remembers during the prayer that he intended Dhuhr, he must exit the prayer and perform the takbir again with the intention of praying 'Asr. This is because the first takbir was with the intention of Dhuhr, not 'Asr, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, actions are by intentions, and every person will have what he intended."
