Is it permissible to bring in a housemaid to rent her out monthly for 1800 Riyals, while giving the housemaid 800 Riyals and the employer keeping 1000 Riyals, on condition that the housemaid agrees to this?

It was previously explained that it is permissible for the lessor to lease back the property, provided the conditions of ijarah (definition) (leasing/hiring) are met. As for recruiting a domestic worker, it may not be free from prohibitions, and the state may sometimes prevent the recruitment of workers for whom there is no need. In this case, this must be taken into account, as obedience to the ruler is obligatory in what is right, and recruiting workers for purposes other than that for which they were recruited leads to great corruption.
