What is the ruling on feeling the urge to go to the bathroom upon hearing the Adhan, or being in it at the time of the Adhan, and is that considered a forbidden act?

If the muezzin calls the adhan, the Sunnah is to repeat the adhan and supplicate thereafter. If one wishes to enter the lavatory during the adhan, or if the adhan is called while one is inside, one should not repeat it verbally but rather in one's heart. If one is unable to delay entry until the repetition is complete, the full reward will be recorded for him, because he was prevented by a hindrance. Hearing the adhan in the bathroom is not sinful. As for the mentioned problem, ruqyah shar'iyyah is recommended.
