Is it forbidden to عقد قران (solemnize the marriage) between a young man and a young woman if the young man was suckled by the maternal uncle of the young woman five separate, fulfilling sucklings within the first two years of life?

If a young man is suckled by the girl's paternal grandmother five times within two years [of his birth], he becomes her son through suckling, and a brother to the girl's maternal uncle through suckling. Consequently, he becomes a maternal uncle to the girl through suckling, and it is not permissible for him to marry her. However, if the young man is suckled along with the girl's maternal uncle by another woman, then he becomes a brother to her maternal uncle through suckling without any prohibitory relationship between him and the girl, and it is permissible for him to marry her.
