There is no harm in looking at clips that show pictures of foreign women as long as the viewer does not intend to do so. Therefore, he must lower his gaze when the picture of a foreign woman appears, and a sudden glance is permissible. The repeated appearance of a picture is not considered a sustained gaze if one turns away from it. It is more prudent and safer to search for clips that do not contain such images. Caution should be exercised regarding the ruling on looking at a woman's face without lust.
