Is it permissible to store a child's clothes to be used for a new baby, instead of donating them to charities?

A woman is not obligated to donate her son's clothes to charities or others, but she is permitted to do so. The matter is broad; she may donate them or keep them for her next child. However, she must seek her husband's permission if she wishes to donate them and the clothes are not her personal property.
