What is the ruling on praying 'Isha' after seeing a fluid – I don't know if it's discharge or pre-seminal fluid (madhy) – and do I have to make up my Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers if I feel something – I expect it's discharge – during Tawaf?

If there is doubt about the discharge of secretions after or before the prayer, the basic principle is that they did not exit before the prayer, and re-performing the prayer is not obligatory. However, if one is certain that they exited before the prayer and no ablution was performed thereafter, then re-performing the prayer is obligatory. If there is doubt about the type of discharge (madhy or vaginal discharge), one can choose the ruling of either, and both invalidate ablution.
