If a father does not spend on his wife and children, he is negligent. If the second wife did not incur debt for a matter obligatory upon the father, then he is not obligated to pay her debt, nor are you obligated to pay his debts. However, it is an act of piety and kindness to pay his debts if possible. There is no sin in disliking the father's bad actions in one's heart, but one must be careful that this does not lead to disobeying him in word or deed, because disobedience (to parents) is a major sin. One must repent from raising one's voice at the father and supplicating against him, as this is a form of disobedience and an evil act. Disapproving of the father's actions and advising him is permissible, with gentleness and kindness, unlike others. It is recommended to be patient with him and to supplicate frequently for his guidance. It is not permissible to deprive the father of his right to ownership of a shop that he registered in the name of one of his children.
