What is the method for the prayer on the wedding night, what is recited during it, and what is the recommended supplication for this night?

It is recommended for a man, upon entering upon his wife on their first night, to place his hand on her head and say: "O Allah, I ask You for her goodness and the goodness of what You have instilled in her, and I seek refuge in You from her evil and the evil of what You have instilled in her." Then, they should perform ablution and pray two rak'ahs together in congregation. Afterward, he should comfort her with kind words, and if he intends to have intercourse with her, he should begin with foreplay and say: "O Allah, keep Satan away from us, and keep Satan away from what You bless us with."
