What is the wisdom behind prioritizing females over males in "He grants" (yahab) and prioritizing males over females in "He couples them" (yuzawwijuhum) in Surat Ash-Shura, verses 49-50?

Allah Almighty does what He wills. He prioritized females over males in some verses of the Qur’an and vice-versa in others. This indicates that He does what He wills, and the will of the servant has no bearing on His actions. Therefore, females were prioritized in the verse: (He bestows females upon whom He wills, and He bestows males upon whom He wills) to show that Allah acts purely by His will. He bestows what the servant does not desire and bestows what he desires.
