The answer

Originally, stomping (striking the ground forcefully with the feet) is permissible, as long as it does not result in harm to others, or is not done out of insolence and pride, or by women to display their adornments. Among the characteristics of believers are humility and tranquility in walking, as Allah Almighty says: "And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily." And He forbade walking with exultation, conceit, and arrogance, as He Almighty says: "And do not walk upon the earth exultantly. Indeed, you will not tear the earth [apart] and you will not reach the mountains in height." However, strutting in walking is permissible in exceptional situations, such as intimidating disbelievers.
