Is it permissible to marry a righteous girl without the knowledge or consent of her guardians, due to their unlawful reasons for rejecting her, knowing that her parents do not adhere to the teachings of the religion?
We congratulate you on your guidance and advise you to seek beneficial knowledge and associate with the righteous. Try to guide your family by supplicating for them and directing scholars to them. If the girl is religious and of good character, your parents should not prevent you from marrying her, and do not despair in convincing them. Before marriage, the girl is a stranger to you, and private seclusion with her is not permissible. If your father deals with usury, usurious profits are forbidden, but it is permissible to benefit from his mixed wealth. If he borrows with usury, he is sinful, and it is permissible to benefit from the borrowed money.
