Is it correct to describe the Qur’an as a great human book?

The Quran is a great humanistic book, revealed by Allah to guide all people, Arabs and non-Arabs alike. It is not exclusive to Arabs or the people of the Arabian Peninsula. It is the Book of the Lord of the Worlds for all humanity, regardless of their races, homelands, languages, or social strata. Allah (the Exalted) says: "Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His servant that he may be to the worlds a warner," and "Alif, Lam, Ra. A Book which We have sent down to you that you may bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord – to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy," and "It is not except a reminder to the worlds."
