"Wahm" (pregnancy-related cravings/aversions) is a natural symptom experienced by women during pregnancy. It can even reach the point of disliking the husband. This heartfelt dislike is not something the wife is held accountable for, as long as it does not lead to disobeying him in matters of what is right and proper, especially concerning his right to intimacy. If it does lead to such disobedience, then she is sinful and considered a nashiz (rebellious wife). The wife should fear Allah, be patient, and ask Him for help. The statement "it's beyond my control" is an excuse in a state of unconsciousness, but in a state of consciousness, accountability remains.
