Is it permissible to pray in transparent stockings when wearing long dresses?

It is permissible to pray in this type of socks if there is a garment above them that covers the entire body and is not tight. If the garment does not cover the shins, and the socks describe them, the prayer is valid but disliked. However, if the socks are thin and the garment does not cover the shins and the socks describe them, the prayer is not valid; due to the absence of the legally required covering, as it is stipulated that what covers the 'awrah should not describe the color of the skin.
