Is it permissible to travel for work with a foreign female colleague on a business trip, if they are alone together?

A Muslim woman is not permitted to travel except with a husband or a mahram, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel a distance of a day and a night except with a mahram." It is also not permissible for a man to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman. Similarly, it is not permissible to assist a woman in traveling without a mahram. However, if the travel is free from assisting the employee in forbidden travel, free from seclusion, and has no legal prohibitions, then there is no objection to it.
