There is no harm in visiting a sick disbeliever; rather, it is legislated if the goal is to win over their heart and invite them to Islam. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, visited a Jewish boy and his uncle Abu Talib, and invited both of them to Islam. Abu Darda also visited his Jewish neighbor. Ibn Taymiyyah permitted visiting a sick Christian to win him over to Islam.
