Is the wife's saying "yes" to her husband after he says "believe it or not, you are free" considered a divorce or a delegation of divorce?

The phrase "أنت حرة" (You are free) is one of the allusive divorce pronouncements. Divorce takes effect with it if the husband intends it; if he does not intend it, divorce does not take effect.
