The answer

The "Salat al-Hajir" refers to the Duha prayer (forenoon prayer), and it is a recommended (mustahabb) prayer. Its time begins when the sun has risen to the height of a spear until Zawāl (midday, when the sun begins to decline). It is preferable to delay it until the heat intensifies, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The prayer of the repentant (al-awwabin) is when the young camels feel the heat of the Duha (forenoon)." This prayer is not among the regular (rawatib) Sunnah prayers.
