What is the ruling of Islamic Sharia on disinheriting a disobedient son, and contracting the ownership of all properties to the other children during the father's lifetime?

What the son did in terms of disobedience is considered a major sin. It is not permissible to disinherit a son except with a legitimate Shar'i justification, such as if he was his father's killer, or an apostate (kafir), or a slave. These are the legitimate impediments to inheritance. Disobedience is not a legitimate impediment to inheritance; therefore, it is not permissible Shar'an to disinherit a disobedient son. The house that the son took can be reclaimed through the judiciary. It is advisable to entrust the matter to Allah Almighty, for Allah is the One who turns hearts.
