What is my Sharia status, and am I divorced or not, given the doubt surrounding the occurrence of the first divorce and the occurrence of subsequent divorces after I incurred debt again?

The answer requires direct verbal consultation with the husband to ascertain his intention regarding the debt upon which he conditioned his wife's divorce, and the meaning of his statement: "If it does not occur, you are now divorced." Does he intend to suspend a new divorce upon the non-occurrence of the first divorce, or does he intend to effectuate a new divorce regardless of whether the first one occurred or not? Ignorance of the husband's intention prevents a detailed answer. It should be noted that the fatwa on this matter is that a revocable return (raj'ah) occurs by sexual intercourse, even if the husband did not intend to effect a return.
