Does the connection of brothers and sisters reach the parents in their graves?

It is permissible to dedicate the reward of maintaining kinship ties to the deceased, and this is the prevalent fatwa (definition). Similarly, it is permissible to include deceased parents in the reward of good deeds, according to the preponderant opinion of the scholars, which is the madhhab (definition) of Imam Ahmad and a group of scholars. Thus, every act of worship performed by a Muslim, the reward of which is dedicated to another Muslim, benefits that Muslim and he receives the reward.
